Stephanie has advanced training in trigger point therapy, sports medicine, digestive disorders, women’s health, and stress management. She believes in the importance of treating the person, not just the symptoms. She’s always looking for ways to improve her skillset to better serve her clients.

When not practicing Chinese medicine, Stephanie can be found playing pick-up basketball at different courts around the Bay area. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them work through their health setbacks so that they can live their best lives.
